How we look after your details

Tidy Living is operated by Tidy Culture Limited in Christchurch, New Zealand. We keep this simple: we only ask for what we need, and we only use it for the reason you gave it to us.

What we collect

• Your name and email when you ask for our Arrival Guide or send us an enquiry.
• Any details you choose to include in an enquiry, such as your arrival date or property suburb.

How we use it

• To send you the Arrival Guide you asked for.
• To reply to your enquiry.
• To tell you when rooms become available, only if you ticked that box. You can stop these emails at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

We don't sell or share your details with anyone else. The email service we use to send messages stores them on our behalf.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@tidyliving.nz.
